Improved webhook URLs and friend sync in store LINE settings
Store LINE settings now show a webhook URL tied to each LINE Official Account, prevent registering channels used by other companies, and sync friends from QR ordering and LINE booking.
What's new
- The webhook URL is now based on your LINE Official Account's channel ID, so it no longer changes when you edit store settings. Until the channel ID is saved, you'll see a note that the URL appears after saving.
- Channel IDs and LINE Login channel IDs already used by another company's store can no longer be registered. Channels operated by Bookmi can't be registered either.
- If your store already shares an Official Account or Login channel with another company's store, a notice appears in the settings.
- Friends added through QR ordering and LINE booking are synced to Bookmi every 5 minutes, including display name, icon, latest message, and the store they joined from.
- In this setup, the settings screen explains that the greeting message from your LINE Official Account is used as the welcome message.

How to use it
- Open your store's LINE settings and make sure the channel ID is saved.
- Register the displayed webhook URL in your LINE Official Account's webhook settings.
- If a notice appears, review the channel IDs you've registered.
