Download PDF receipts from your billing history
You can now download receipts (PDF) for paid invoices from Billing history in Plan and usage. These receipts are qualified invoices under Japan's Qualified Invoice System.
What's new
- Paid invoices now show Receipt (PDF). The receipt is addressed to your company and issued by Bookmi's operating company (with its registration number).
- Once a receipt has been issued, its content stays the same no matter how many times you download it.
- Includes consumption tax is shown under the invoice amount (amounts shown are tax-inclusive).
- When a receipt can't be issued, for example for an unpaid invoice or a refund, the reason is shown.
Who it's for
- Industries: all industries
- Screens: Settings > Plan and usage > Billing history
How to use it
- Open Settings > Plan and usage and click Billing history.
- Click Receipt (PDF) for a paid invoice.
