LINE member program: stamp cards, member tiers, and referrals
Restaurants with the LINE pack can now send birthday-month coupons and run a member program with stamp cards, member tiers, and referrals, rewarding guests with coupons via LINE.
What's new
- A "Birthday month" rule has been added to automatic coupons. You can limit it to guests who visited within a set number of days.
- A member program has been added to the "Automatic coupons" tab:
- Stamp cards: set the number of stamps, whether the card repeats, and the start date for counting.
- Member tiers: set the number of visits needed for Silver and Gold, and the coupon for each tier.
- Referrals: set a thank-you coupon for the referrer, a coupon for the referred guest, and a 30-day limit. You can also view a list of referrals.
- Guests can send "会員証" (member card) or "紹介" (referral) on LINE to receive their member card or referral details. The screen explains this to you.
- The results view now includes coupons issued and used through the member program, and the send log now shows "Issued only" entries.

How to use it
- Open "LINE" from the menu and select the "Automatic coupons" tab.
- Set up the "Birthday month" rule and the stamp card, member tier, and referral settings.
