Plan & usage: minor improvements and fixes (September 2026)

Here's a roundup of the minor improvements and fixes we made to Plan & usage in September 2026.

Improvements

The top of the Change plan screen now shows your Current plan (billing cycle and expiry date, or next renewal date).
Your points balance now shows an estimate next to it ("Balance estimate: about N receipts if used for receipt scanning", and for AI Phone, "about N minutes of calls remaining").
Reviewing and paying for Add add-ons and Buy points now happens on the confirmation screen on our website. You can also choose your payment method there.
On plans with a limit on how many members you can add, Add add-ons no longer lets you select more than the limit, and once you reach the limit we suggest upgrading to a higher plan.
For small businesses and sole proprietors, opening a feature that isn't included in your plan now shows a screen pointing you to the plans that include it.
For small businesses and sole proprietors, the plan comparison table now shows each plan's monthly e-contract sending allowance.

Fixed an issue where Current plan showed a monthly price even on annual subscriptions.
Fixed an issue where selecting the same plan during auto-renewal showed a confirmation screen with a payment amount of ¥0.
