Route unregistered senders to your inbox without adding them as contacts
You can now send emails from unregistered senders, such as system notifications, straight to your Inbox by address or domain, without adding them as contacts.
What's new
- The triage card for unregistered senders now has a Move to Inbox button. Choose This address only or Entire domain. The domain option isn't shown for free email addresses.
- Other unregistered emails from the same sender move to the Inbox at the same time, and you'll see how many were moved.
- The same option appears at the top of threads sorted into Notifications.
- Settings > Email integration now includes a Senders to keep in Inbox list, where you can review and manage the addresses and domains you've added.
- Emails that reach the Inbox also appear in Needs reply and trigger notifications.
- When you register or link a contact and other unregistered emails from the same address move as well, you'll see how many were moved.
Who it's for
- Everyone who uses the Email screen. Users without permission for customers and contacts can also use Move to Inbox.
How to use it
- On the Email screen, open an email from an unregistered sender.
- Click Move to Inbox on the triage card and choose This address only or Entire domain.
- Review the senders you've added under Settings > Email integration > Senders to keep in Inbox.
