Read customers and contacts through the Open Platform
You can now read your customer companies and contacts through the Open Platform, and look up a contact by phone number to see who is calling and which of your staff owns the account.
What's new
- Look up contacts by phone number: Numbers starting with +81, full-width digits, and numbers with hyphens are all matched as the same number. The response includes the matching contact, the company they belong to, and the assigned staff member.
- List customers and contacts: Filter by keyword, relationship type, rank, or last updated time (records updated after a given time).
- Customer and contact details: Deals, activities, schedules, deadlines, and highlights are included.
- Third-party apps: Only apps that have been granted read access to customers and contacts can use these features.
- Information that is never returned: To protect your data, contacts marked "Only visible to me," bank account details, LINE user identifiers, and meeting transcripts are excluded.
