Upload property documents or photograph them with your smartphone
Upload drawings, certified registry transcripts, important matters disclosure statements and other documents by type under Attachments in property details, or photograph paper documents on the spot with your smartphone via an on-screen QR code.
Before
Documents in property details could only be viewed and downloaded. You couldn't add new ones.
What's new
- In Attachments, choose a document type (property summary, application form, important matters disclosure statement, survey map, floor plan, drawing, certified registry transcript and more) and upload. Drag and drop is also supported.
- Click Take with phone on your computer to display a QR code. Photos you take with your smartphone are attached to that property as the document type you selected. No sign-in is required on the smartphone.
- Your smartphone shows the name and unit number of the property the photos will go to, so you can catch a mix-up before taking a photo.

How to use it
- Open a property from Sales Management > Properties.
- Choose a document type in Attachments.
- Click Upload and choose a file, or scan the QR code displayed by Take with phone with your smartphone and take a photo.
