AI Phone plans can now be added and changed as an add-on
You can now add an AI Phone plan from Add-ons in Plan & usage. Changing plans and stopping at the end of the term are also handled on the same screen.
What's new
- AI Phone plans come in four sizes: S, M, L and XL. Each plan includes one 050 phone number. Each plan card shows the monthly points, approximate talk time and the knowledge base character limit.
- An AI Phone plan runs on the same term as your main plan and renews together with it. Your first charge is prorated for the days remaining in your current term. If you pay annually or on another billing cycle, prices are shown for that billing cycle.
- Upgrades take effect immediately, and you pay the prorated difference. To downgrade, click Switch to this plan at next renewal, and the change takes effect from your next renewal.
- To stop renewing, click Stop at end of term. You can keep using it as usual until the term ends.
- The monthly points included with an AI Phone plan can be used only for AI Phone. Your main plan's monthly points are used for AI features other than AI Phone, and the two are shown separately in Plan & usage. Purchased points can be used for either.
- Click Open AI Phone to go to the AI Phone screen.

How to use it
- Open Settings > Plan & usage and click Add-ons.
- Under AI Phone plans, choose the plan you want and click Review details.
- On the confirmation screen, choose a payment method and complete checkout.
