Changed the free trial length and data access after a subscription ends
The free trial is now 30 days on every plan that offers one. For small businesses and sole proprietors, we also changed which features are available during the trial and how your data is handled after your subscription ends.
Before
Our website described the free trial as 14 days. For small businesses and sole proprietors, only the features of the chosen plan were available during the trial, and data could no longer be viewed once the subscription ended.
What's new
- The free trial lasts 30 days (on plans that include a trial).
- For small businesses and sole proprietors, all Standard plan features are available during the trial, regardless of the plan you chose. Limits such as points and number of members remain those of the plan you chose.
- For small businesses and sole proprietors, you can sign in to view and export your data for 90 days after your subscription (including a trial) ends. You can't create or edit anything during this period. Once you renew your plan, all features are available again right away.
- During the read-only period, the end date and Renew plan appear at the top of the screen. When 7 or fewer days remain in your trial, the number of days left is shown.
