Sales: minor improvements and fixes (September 2026)

Here's a roundup of the minor improvements and bug fixes we made to Sales Management in September 2026.

Improvements

Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) to jump to pages and search companies, contacts and deals.
Customer, contact, lead and deal lists can now be exported to CSV or Excel with your current filters applied.
You can now add, complete and delete tasks in deal details.
The business card list now refreshes automatically when text recognition finishes.

Fixed an issue where uploading a business card image from the web caused an error.
Fixed an issue where business card text recognition stayed stuck at "Processing," along with issues where recognition results didn't appear in the details and the confirm and re-recognize actions weren't available.
Fixed an issue where text recognition didn't start for business cards imported from the smartphone app.
Fixed an issue where the deal details screen didn't load and showed only "Success," along with issues where stage names and stage changes didn't work correctly.
Fixed an issue where deals in post-win stages (Onboarding, In Operation, Up for Renewal) were counted as in progress and weren't included in won results. As a result, won results for past months may change.
Fixed an issue where you couldn't select a customer on the new quote, contract and invoice screens, which prevented them from being created.
Fixed an issue where a quote was marked as declined even if you canceled entering the reason for declining.
Fixed an issue where the consumption tax on receipts issued for partial payments wasn't prorated to the amount paid.
Fixed an issue where contract text with blank dates could still be finalized and sent.
Fixed an issue where pipeline totals weren't displayed.
Fixed an issue where the left menu item wasn't highlighted when you opened document details.
Fixed an issue where Japanese kanji in PDFs sometimes didn't display with the correct glyphs.
