Settings: minor improvements and fixes (September 2026)

Here's a roundup of the minor improvements and bug fixes we made to Settings in September 2026.

Improvements

In Member Management, you can now change a member's name, email address and role all at once from Edit.
Members are now added by email invitation. Invited members get started by setting a password from the email they receive.
You can now Activate and Deactivate members, and member status is shown as Active, Invited or Deactivated.
When email notifications are paused (for example, because this month's limit has been reached), Notification Settings now shows the reason and roughly when they'll resume. While notifications are paused, the email toggles can't be changed. Emails needed to sign in, such as password resets, are still delivered as before.
Gmail connections are now managed per member in Email Integration. Connectors shows services connected at the company level, such as Google Calendar, LINE, freee and Yayoi Accounting.

Fixed an issue where Member Management, Department Management, Connectors and Plan & usage were visible to members who aren't administrators.
Fixed an issue where, after adding a member, the email address was automatically entered in the search box and the list could appear empty.
Fixed an issue where the screen didn't move on after setting a password from an invitation email or similar link.
