Changes to ordering during a trial and to extra member and store fees

If you order a plan during your free trial, your paid subscription now starts that day. Fees for extra members and stores you've bought are also now included in each renewal payment.

Before#

Orders placed during a trial were handled differently depending on the order — for example, the paid period sometimes started after the remaining trial days.

What's new#

• If you order during a trial, the free trial ends that day and a paid period of one month (one year for annual billing) starts that day. Any remaining trial days are forfeited.
• The order confirmation screen shows Free trial: Ends today — your paid period starts today.
• Fees for extra members and stores you've bought are included in each plan renewal payment. The confirmation screen shows them as Incl. extra members / locations.
• You can't buy extra members or stores during a trial. Please buy them after your paid subscription starts.
