Attach photos and files to announcements and meetings from the admin console
You can now attach photos, PDFs, Word and Excel files to announcements and meetings in the admin console, and remove attachments too.
Before
Files could only be attached to announcements and meetings from the mobile app.
What's new
- Announcement and meeting details and edit screens now have Add photos or files. Select several photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC), PDFs, Word or Excel files at once.
- Attachments can be deleted right there.
- Anyone who can edit the announcement or meeting can add and remove attachments.
- Fixed an issue where the meeting edit screen showed the start time 9 hours early, so saving without changes stored the wrong time.
Who it's for
- Industries: restaurants, real estate, small businesses and sole proprietors (meetings are for restaurants only)
- Screens: the announcements screen (Team > Announcements for small businesses and sole proprietors), and Store operations > Announcements and Meetings for restaurants
How to use it
- Open an announcement or meeting, either its details or its edit screen.
- Click Add photos or files and choose your files.
