Add-ons now renew with your plan
Add-ons you buy from Add-ons (such as the Shift & Attendance Pack or the Rental Management Pack) now renew together with your plan on its renewal date. You no longer need to buy them again to keep using them; to stop one, click Stop at period end.
Before
Add-ons other than AI Phone plans ended at the end of your subscription term, and you had to buy them again to keep using them after renewal.
What's new
- Add-ons bought on or after October 6, 2026 renew and are billed together with your plan on its renewal date. If your subscription auto-renews by credit card, add-on fees are charged together with it.
- Under Add-ons, each add-on you own shows Renews with your plan, the next renewal date and the next charge. If an add-on won't renew with your plan, the reason is shown (for example, the terms at purchase or that it's included in your current plan).
- Click Stop at period end to skip the charge at the next renewal; you can keep using the add-on until it expires. You can click Undo stop before then. To stop immediately, use Cancel now (the rest of the term isn't refunded).
- When you renew your plan or switch from monthly to annual billing, the confirmation screen lists add-on renewal fees alongside the plan.
- For add-ons priced per person that have a monthly minimum, the minimum is now shown, and purchases and renewals are billed with the same calculation.
- You can now use an add-on for the whole of its last day.
- Add-ons bought before October 6, 2026 end at the end of the term, as per the terms at purchase.

- Industries: industries with add-ons (such as restaurants and real estate)
- Screens: Settings > Plan & billing > Add-ons
How to use it
- In Settings > Plan & billing, click Add-ons.
- Check the renewal status and next charge on the add-ons you own.
- To stop renewing one, click Stop at period end.
