New Solo plan for restaurants, plus plan updates
We've added the Solo plan (¥6,800 a month, tax included) for restaurants run by one person. We've also updated extra member pricing and the features included in the Light plan for restaurants.
What's new
- The Solo plan costs ¥6,800 a month or ¥68,000 a year (tax included). It includes mobile ordering and order management, the reservation book, and HACCP records and expiry date management. It comes with 2 members (the owner plus an in-store iPad, for example), 1 store, 1,500 points a month and a 30-day free trial.
- On the Solo plan, you can't buy extra members or stores. When you bring on a third staff member, you can upgrade to Light or higher (you pay the prorated difference). AI Phone plans and the LINE Pack are available as add-ons.
- Extra members on the Light, Standard and Pro plans now cost ¥330 per member per month (previously ¥1,000–¥1,500).
- The Light plan now includes Reviews (a list of reviews from restaurant listing sites and Google).
- We've added the Shift & Attendance Pack add-on for the Light plan (¥3,300 per store per month) for managing shifts, attendance, leave and paid leave.
- Annual AI Phone plans (S, M, L and XL) now cost 10 times the monthly price instead of 11 (for all industries).
- Member counts are now capped at your plan's limit (including extra members you've bought). Restaurants already over the limit can keep their current number of members.

How to use it
- In Settings > Plan & billing, click Change plan.
- Choose a plan such as Solo and continue to payment on the confirmation screen.
- To add the Shift & Attendance Pack, click Add-ons and choose it on the Add-ons tab.
