AI Analysis for small businesses now works from your accounting books
We rebuilt AI Analysis for small businesses and sole proprietors so it reads how your business is doing from your accounting data. Check the state of your books, what needs attention now, cash flow and key metrics on one screen.
What's new
- Bookkeeping reliability: If any figures aren't final yet (for example, depreciation hasn't been run or bank statements haven't been imported), they're listed and you're advised to treat the metrics as provisional.
- What to act on now: Shows issues found in your books, each with its basis and a suggested next step. Click Re-analyze to check again against your latest books.
- Cash flow: Shows projected balances for each account and alerts you to days when a balance may run short or when several withdrawals fall on the same day.
- Business metrics: Shows net sales, operating profit, profit margin, current ratio, equity ratio and other metrics, along with monthly trends and progress against your business plan.
- AI interpretation and Ask about this number: The AI explains and answers using only the bookkeeping data on the screen. Before using AI, it estimates the points required and won't run if you don't have enough.
