Real estate plans now differ by features, not just seats
Real estate plans keep their prices but now differ by the features they include. Standard now includes expense claims, Pro includes HR & payroll, and the rental management pack comes in sizes based on how many units you manage.
Before
Every real estate plan had the same features; plans differed only in seats, storage and monthly points.
What's new
- Light: core sales tools — clients and deals, the property ledger, LINE Official Account, follow-up sequences and the knowledge base. 3 members (up to 8 with add-ons).
- Standard: everything in Light, plus sales performance and settlement reports and expense claims. 10 members (up to 20 with add-ons).
- Pro: everything in Standard, plus HR & payroll (attendance, GPS clock-in, leave, paid leave, payroll, Article 36 overtime limits). 3 branches and 30 members (up to 9 branches and 100 members with add-ons).
- The rental management pack now comes in three sizes: 100, 500 and 1,000 units. Move up a size by paying the prorated difference.
- The HR & payroll pack can be added on Light and Standard, and the expense claims pack on Light. Rental management and AI phone are add-ons on every plan.
- Free trials include the Standard features.
If you're already a customer
- Features no longer included in your plan stay available if you were already using them.
- If you currently have more members or branches than your plan allows, you can keep them.
