Import AirREGI sales from CSV
You can now import AirREGI's daily sales summary CSV to bring each day's sales, guest count and payment breakdown into Bookmi's Insights. Keep using AirREGI at the register and still get sales analysis and the tax accountant report.
What's new
- Import from AirREGI in the top right of Sales Metrics.
- After choosing a store and a CSV, check the period, total sales, total guests and each day's status (new, fill blanks, update, no change, entered in daily report) before importing.
- Days entered by hand in daily reports are not overwritten by default. They are only replaced with AirREGI figures if you tick the box.
- Imports sales, guests, groups, takeout (8%) sales and the payment breakdown (cash, credit, QR code payments, e-money and more). Imported sales feed the Insights screens and the Tax Accountant Report.
- Files that can't be imported, such as transaction-detail, per-item or monthly CSVs, show the reason.

How to use it
- On a computer, open the AirREGI back office, choose a period under 売上・分析 > 日別売上, then download CSVデータをダウンロードする > 売上集計.
- In Bookmi, open Sales Metrics and click Import from AirREGI.
- Choose the store and the CSV, then click Check contents.
- Check each day and import.
