Password vault: store and share company passwords, encrypted on your device
Small businesses can now add a Password vault: store and share company passwords and 2FA codes, encrypted on your own device before they're saved (not even Bookmi can read them).
What's new
- Split vaults by team — finance, admin, directors only — and choose who can view or edit each one.
- Store an authenticator secret and generate 2FA codes inside the vault, no longer tied to one person's phone.
- Strong password generator, a view and copy log, and automatic locking after 10 minutes of inactivity.
- Create and keep a company Emergency kit (recovery code) in case every admin forgets their passphrase.
- When someone leaves, their vault access is removed and the passwords they could see show up in the account handover.
- ¥1,980/month incl. tax per company, unlimited users. If the add-on lapses, you can still view and copy.

How to use it
- In Company accounts, click Password vault (add-on) and then Get the add-on.
- Open Password vault, set your vault passphrase and create the company emergency kit (recovery code).
- Create a vault, add members and start adding items.
