Leads registered from the Message Center now appear in your lead list

People you register with Register Lead in the Message Center now show up as new leads in your lead list. Check their leads and cases beside the conversation and convert them right there.

Before#

Registering someone as a lead from the Message Center only created a contact, so they never appeared in the lead list.

What's new#

• Register Lead now creates an "Inquiry from …" lead along with the contact, owned by whoever registered it.
• Leads & cases, beside the conversation, lists the contact's leads and cases with Lead and Case badges. Use Convert to case to move a lead forward.
• Contacts that are already linked but have no lead can be added later with Add as lead.
• Open Leads takes you to the sales lead list.
