Pay by invoice (bank transfer)
You can now pay for plans, add-ons and points by invoice (bank transfer). We issue an invoice when you place your order, and your service starts automatically once we confirm your transfer to your company's dedicated account.
What's new
- On the order confirmation screen, you can choose Invoice (bank transfer) as the payment method, for both monthly and annual billing.
- We issue the invoice as soon as you order and also email it to you. Payment is due by day 14 from the invoice date.
- You transfer to an account dedicated to your company, and the same account is used every time. The account is held by Bookmi's payment processor, Stripe Japan (collection agent).
- Your service starts automatically once the transfer is confirmed — there's no need to notify us. Points and add-ons are also credited or activated after the transfer is confirmed.
- For auto-renewing subscriptions, an invoice is issued on each renewal date. If the transfer isn't confirmed by the due date, the service stops from the next day.
- If a first order still hasn't been paid 7 days after the due date, it's cancelled automatically.
- Settings > Plan & billing shows any bill awaiting transfer (amount, due date and bank details), with Invoice (PDF) and Online invoice page. You can also get the invoice PDF from Billing history.
- You can cancel an unpaid order with Cancel this order. If you re-order with a different plan or billing cycle, the previous unpaid order is cancelled automatically.
