■事業概要
テレワークの促進を図るため、都内中堅・中小企業等がサテライトオフィス勤務を可能とする規定を新たに整備し、従業員がサテライトオフィス勤務を実施した場合に、奨励金を支給します。
■支給対象事業者の主な要件
・常時雇用する労働者の数が999人以下の企業であること。
・都内に勤務する常時雇用する労働者を２人以上雇用していること。
・都内に勤務する常時雇用する労働者のうち１人は、申請日時点で、申請事業者で６ヶ月以上継続して雇用していること。
・就業規則を作成して労働基準監督署に届出を行っていること（常時雇用する労働者が10人未満の企業等を除く）。
・支給申請日時点で、「サテライトオフィス勤務を可能とする規定」が整備されていないこと。
・「サテライトオフィス勤務を可能とする規定」を新たに整備すること。
※実績報告書の提出までに、労働基準監督署に「サテライトオフィス勤務を可能とする規定」を届け出る必要があります。（常時雇用する労働者が10人未満の事業所も含む。）
・実績報告提出時までに東京都が実施する「テレワーク東京ルール」実践企業宣言（外部サイト） https://www.telework-rule.metro.tokyo.lg.jp/ 制度に登録し、「テレワーク推進リーダー」設置表示のある宣言書がウェブサイトで発行されていること。
