■目的・概要
暑さに配慮した職場環境づくり支援事業は、熱中症を生ずるおそれのある作業を行う職場がある都内小規模企業等が、熱中症予防対策に取り組んだ場合に奨励金を支給することで、都内小規模企業等における暑さに配慮した職場環境づくりの取組を促進していくことを目的としています。
この目的のため、財団が実施する本奨励金の支給に関しては、「暑さに配慮した職場環境づくり奨励金支給要綱」（以下、「要綱」という。）に定めるもののほか、「暑さに配慮した職場環境づくり奨励金支給要領」及び本奨励金募集要項の定めるところによります。
■応募資格
中小企業基本法に規定される都内小規模企業等
※常時雇用する従業員が20人以下（商業及びサービス業は５人以下）
※支給申請日時点において、雇用保険の被保険者(6か月以上)を雇用していること
