Redesigned Plan & billing, Usage & points and checkout
We split Plan & usage into Plan & billing and Usage & points, so you can see your subscription, usage and points at a glance. The order review page at checkout is also clearer about amounts and terms.
What's new
- The top of Plan & billing brings together your plan name, status (active, trial, cancellation scheduled or expired) and price, along with your billing cycle, term, next billing date and payment method. Billing history and payment method changes are on the same screen.
- Usage & points shows meters for members, stores, e-contracts and storage. At 80% you'll see Near limit, and at the limit Limit reached, with a button to add more.
- Points now show your balance, estimates, points about to expire, this month's usage and a breakdown by type in one place.
- On the Change plan screen, switch between monthly and annual billing to compare each plan's tax-inclusive price (annual billing shows the monthly equivalent and how much you save) and what each plan adds over the one below it.
- Add-ons is now split into AI Phone, Add-ons and Seats & stores tabs.
- In Buy points, pick a pack from the cards and complete the purchase with Continue to checkout at the bottom. There are five packs, from the Trial pack (3,000 points, first purchase only) up to 100,000 points; packs of 30,000 points or more include bonus points.
Order review page
- Payment method, Order details and the terms on the left; the order summary, consent and pay button on the right. The summary stays in view as you scroll.
- The summary shows line items, the amount excluding tax, consumption tax, Due today, and what you'll pay next and when.
- Plan changes are labelled New, Renewal, Upgrade or To yearly, with the proration shown on one line. When a plan change starts next period, the page says Change plan from next period.
- Each payment method is a card with card brand and payment provider logos and tags such as Auto-renewal or No auto-renewal. The one you pick explains what happens next.
- Enter discounts with Add a promotion code and remove them after they're applied. You can no longer proceed to payment with a code that couldn't be verified.
- Change selection takes you back to the plan, add-on or points screen in your dashboard.
- Error messages now appear in the page's language.
