Free trial and brochure requests now adapt to your industry
You can now start a free trial, brochure request, or inquiry on our website with your industry preselected. Confirmation emails now match your industry and language.
What's new
- When you open a form from an industry page or the Pricing page using Try for free or Request brochure, your industry and plan are already selected.
- Industry options are now the same across the free trial, brochure request, and inquiry forms, with Small business and sole proprietors and Vacation rentals and travel added.
- Self-serve free trials now start on a plan that matches the industry you choose. Previously, every trial was registered on a restaurant plan regardless of industry.
- Real estate customers are onboarded with guidance from our team, and cross-border e-commerce logistics is handled through individual consultation.
- Phone numbers can now be entered with full-width digits or hyphens.
- Brochure requests now offer a "Brochure only (no phone call)" option. On a device where you've already requested it, a button lets you get the brochure without filling in the form again.
- The "Next steps" on the completion screen now reflect your industry, with an option to book a meeting time with our team.
- Confirmation emails have a refreshed layout that clearly shows your submission details, next steps, and how to reach us. Phone numbers are shown in a readable format.
- The "Next steps" in confirmation emails now depend on your industry, such as properties, customer data, and follow-up emails for real estate; clients and customers for small businesses; and facilities and rates for vacation rentals.
- Japanese confirmation emails now show the industry name in Japanese. Brochure requests from the Chinese site receive a Chinese email (the brochure itself is in Japanese).
- You can now choose your preferred contact method (phone or chat), and the confirmation email reflects your choice.
- We fixed an issue where a free trial submitted within 24 hours of a brochure request was not received and no confirmation email was sent.
