Links inside PDFs sent via shared links are now clickable

When you send a proposal or other PDF through a shared link, your customers can now click the links inside it, such as application forms, contact details, or a LINE friend-add link.

What's new#

• Links contained in a PDF are now clickable in the shared link viewer.
• Supported links are web pages (http and https), email addresses, and phone numbers. Clicking an email address or phone number opens the email app or dialer, depending on the device.
• Link positions stay aligned with the document on any screen width, from desktop to smartphone.
• Only areas set as links when the PDF was created are clickable. URLs that appear as plain text are not.

• Users who send PDF materials from deals via shared links, and the customers who receive them

How to use it#

No setup is required. Shared links you have already sent also support clickable links when your customers open them.
