Fixed deal details not opening for deals with no stage history

In Sales Management, opening a deal that had no stage change history could cause the deal details page to fail to load. We fixed this, and these deals now open normally.

What we fixed#

• The deal details page now loads correctly for deals with no stage change history.
• For these deals, the timeline simply shows no stage history, and you can view and edit all other information as usual.
