Business settings are now organized into Basic info and Details tabs
Your business settings in Accounting are now split into Basic info and Details tabs, so you can spot missing company details needed for financial statements and review settings in order.
What's new
- The Basic info tab shows your company name, representative, address, phone number, corporate number, invoice registration number, industry, and entity type. If an item needed for financial statements is blank, you'll see a notice.
- The Details tab lists settings in this order: fiscal period, consumption tax, transactions, journal entries, electronic bookkeeping, and settings found on other screens.
- In the fiscal period section, you can change your fiscal year end by choosing the closing month (end of month) and see the current period. Bookmi checks whether your books start date is the beginning of the period and lets you go straight to entering opening balances.
- In the journal entries section, you can turn the journal approval workflow on or off.
- In the electronic bookkeeping section, you can check the status of the correction and deletion history.
