AI phone call alerts are now sent only as app push notifications

Call alerts from AI phone are now delivered only as push notifications in the mobile app. They are no longer sent by email or to LINE.

What's changed#

• Where call alerts are delivered

- Before: Call alerts were also sent by email and to LINE.
- Now: Call alerts are sent only as push notifications in the mobile app.

• The AI phone call item in Notification settings

- Before: The AI phone call item appeared even for companies not using AI phone.
- Now: It appears only for companies using AI phone. This applies both to your own notification settings and to the screen where admins review a staff member's settings.

Impact and what to do#

• If you relied on email or LINE for call alerts, install the mobile app and allow push notifications from Bookmi in your device settings.
• Delivery of all other notifications is unchanged.
