Improved compliance deadline details

In the Compliance module, the 'Deadlines and Declarations' section now allows you to view details instantly by clicking on a row. This enhancement makes automatic synchronization information for residency, contracts, and subsidies clearer. Notably, the title for residency deadlines has been changed from the residency qualification code to its name, making it more intuitive.
