Changed the display of unread conversations in the support chat list

In the support chat list, only unread conversations are now displayed. When there are unread conversations, a red dot will appear in the iOS 'Support' section, changing the status from 'Waiting for operator' to 'Unread', making it easier to identify which conversations are unread.
