Add e-seals to quotes, invoices and contracts
Register your company seal or representative's seal in the Seal register (e-seals), and the seal impression appears on the quotes, invoices, receipts and contracts you issue. A verification code and QR code are placed next to the seal so recipients can confirm it's genuine.
Before
To put a seal on a document, you had to print it and stamp it by hand, or paste in an image.
What's new
- In Seal register (e-seals) under Company info, you can register a company seal (square seal), representative's seal, personal seal or signature. You can also draw a signature by hand on the spot.
- For each seal, choose which documents it's applied to: quotes, invoices, receipts and contracts. On contracts, the company seal and representative's seal can be placed side by side next to the company name.
- Documents carry the seal that was in effect when they were issued. Drafts are not sealed.
- A verification code and QR code are placed near each seal. Recipients can scan the QR code or enter the code at seal.bookmi.ai to check it against Bookmi's sealing records. They can also confirm whether the PDF they have is identical to the one that was issued.
- For seals such as the representative's seal, you can require a 4-digit PIN when the seal is applied on finalizing a contract (E-seal PIN). Changes to the register also require the PIN.
- Seals you no longer use can be deactivated. Verification codes on documents already issued remain valid.
- Documents issued before you registered a seal can be sealed once with Seal now on the details screen.
- Note: Don't register impressions of your registered seal filed with the Legal Affairs Bureau or your bank seal.
