Residence permit and Article 36 alerts now go only to company admins

Admin notifications containing employees' personal information (Article 36 (overtime) agreement overtime, residence permit and license deadlines, and the mandatory five days of annual paid leave) now go only to company admins. Only people with HR permission can now open Residence Permit & License Deadlines.

What's new#

• Notifications about employees nearing the Article 36 agreement limit go only to company admins. Store-level admins such as store managers no longer receive them.
• Deadline notifications from Residence Permit & License Deadlines go to company admins. Contract expiry notifications still also go to the person in charge of that contract, as before.
• The admin notification listing employees who haven't met the mandatory five days of annual paid leave goes only to company admins. Notifications to the employees themselves are unchanged.
• For small businesses and sole proprietors, Residence Permit & License Deadlines and Status of Residence can be opened only by people with HR permission. Business Plan vs. Actuals remains available with Accounting permission.
