Send notifications to Chatwork, Slack and LINE WORKS
Bookmi can now post won deals, new leads, customer email replies, payments received and pending approvals to a Chatwork, Slack or LINE WORKS room or channel automatically.
What's new
- Choose which notifications each destination gets: New leads & deals, Deals won, Customer email replies, Payments received and Pending approvals (leave, expenses…).
- Choose the language of the messages for each destination.
- Add up to five destinations, and use Send test to check that messages arrive. You can also pause, resume and delete destinations.
- The time of the last message sent, and the reason if sending failed, are shown.
- Notifications never include email subjects or message text. Each one links back to the relevant screen in Bookmi.
- Tokens and webhook URLs show only their last few characters once saved.
Who it's for
- Industries: restaurants, real estate, small businesses and sole proprietors
- Screens: Settings > Connectors > Chat notifications (company admins only)
How to use it
- Open Settings > Connectors and click Add destination under Chat notifications.
- Choose Chatwork, Slack or LINE WORKS, then enter the room ID and API token, or the webhook URL.
- Pick the notifications to send, save, and click Send test to check that they arrive.
