Targeted LINE messages and day-before booking reminders
Link friends of your LINE Official Account to your booking guests, send messages filtered by visit history, and remind guests the day before their booking.
What's new
- LINE friends: friends who add you or message you are listed here. Link each one to a guest (or add them as a new guest), and save a QR code to put out in store.
- LINE messages: send a message and image to all friends, or to guests filtered by last visit, visit count, tags, booking channel or visited store. See the number of recipients and this month's remaining messages before you send.
- Booking reminders: set a send time and message for each store, and guests with a booking the next day (linked to a LINE friend) get a reminder the day before.
- Guests now counts visits, total spent and last visit. Past pending or confirmed bookings count as visits unless they were cancelled or marked no-show.
- Message fees follow your LINE Official Account plan and are paid directly to LINE.

How to use it
- Open LINE friends and connect your store's LINE Official Account with Connect LINE.
- Link friends to your guests.
- In LINE messages, choose who to send to and write your message, then click Send.
