AI proposal drafts now come with a cover, contents and visual sections
Proposals created with AI proposal (draft) on a deal now follow a proper proposal layout, with a cover page, a contents page and visual sections. You can check the finished PDF before saving.
What's new
- Cover and contents: The cover shows your company logo, the client, the cost, the date and the proposal outline, followed by a contents page with a short reading guide. Each page footer includes the client name, the title, your company name and the page number.
- Visual sections: Content is organized into blocks such as key figures, tables, issue cards, process flows and notes.
- Edit: Change the cover subtitle, cost and outline, add, remove and reorder blocks, and add or remove table rows and columns.
- PDF preview: See the actual PDF before saving. When you save, the PDF is added to the deal's files.
- Approval support sheets also format bold text and bullet lists more cleanly.
- Fixed an issue where AI proposals and approval support sheets couldn't be created for deals without a customer, such as leads that came in through LINE.
