Find subsidies and grants that fit your business and get deadline reminders
Small businesses can now use Subsidies & grants to find national and prefectural subsidies filtered by location, headcount and industry, and get reminders before the ones they track close.
What's new
- Find lists subsidies and grants that are open or opening soon, closest deadline first. Data is imported daily from jGrants (Digital Agency).
- Area, headcount and industry are prefilled from your company details. Narrow down further by purpose, keyword, Major national programs only or deadlines within 30 days.
- Open a subsidy to see the maximum amount, subsidy rate, application period, eligible industries and summary, and jump to the official page.
- Click Track to get reminders 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before the deadline, sent to company admins and whoever tracked it. On Tracking, record the status (Considering, Preparing, Applied, Adopted and so on) and notes.
- See what to prepare before applying (gBizID, financial statements, business plan, wage ledger and more) and where to export it from Bookmi.
- Bookmi does not prepare or submit applications for you. Always check the requirements and deadlines in the official guidelines.

How to use it
- Open Insights > Subsidies & grants.
- On Find, check the filters and click Track on the subsidies you're interested in.
- Update the status and notes on Tracking.
