Here is the order to start using Bookmi in a restaurant. Work from the top and everything you use daily will be ready. The side menu runs Reservations & guests → Orders & menu → Store operations → Food safety → Shifts & attendance → Inventory & purchasing → Insights → People & pay → Settings.

Note

Which screens appear in the side menu depends on your plan. If you can't find a screen below, see How plans, add-ons and points work.

STEP 1 Register stores and staff

Add stores under Settings → Shops, then staff and what they can see under Members, Positions and Roles.

STEP 2 Prepare the menu and tables

Under Orders & menu, register products, specifications, add-ons and required rules, then set up menu books, tables, areas and printers.

STEP 3 Take reservations

Manage bookings under Reservations & guests → Reservations, and import booking-site notification emails under Email Reservations.

STEP 4 Connect your LINE Official Account

Receive customers' LINE messages in the dashboard and reply from there.

STEP 5 Use AI Phone (add-on)

AI answers reservation and inquiry calls. AI Phone is an add-on.

STEP 6 Keep food-safety records

Manage HACCP records and expiry dates under Food safety.

STEP 7 Manage shifts and attendance

Under Shifts & attendance, manage schedules (templates available), attendance, leave and paid leave.

STEP 8 Run the store with daily reports and tasks

Use daily reports, tasks, announcements, meetings and the work manual under Store operations. Daily reports also feed the sales figures.

STEP 9 Set up inventory and costs

Register ingredients, suppliers and recipes, and manage stock, movements and counts under Inventory & purchasing.

STEP 10 Check your numbers

See sales, average spend, costs and FL ratio under Insights. Around 8:00 every morning, admins receive the previous day's summary as the Daily Briefing.
