See what changes before you downgrade your plan
When you switch to a lower plan, the confirmation screen now shows which members, stores and storage would go over the new limits and which features you'd lose. You can also choose how to handle extra members right there.
Before
When you scheduled a downgrade, the screen didn't show what would change after the switch.
What's new
- The confirmation screen shows your current usage against the new plan's limits (members, stores and storage), the features you'll lose, the add-ons that will end, and changes to your monthly points and e-contract allowance.
- If you have more members than the new plan allows, choose Add seats on the new plan or deactivate members before the switch date. Anyone still over the limit on the switch date is deactivated, longest-inactive first (owners and some other accounts are excluded; data is kept and they can be re-enabled anytime).
- We notify you in the app and by email 7 days and 1 day before the switch.
- Features not included in the new plan become view-only, with your data kept, and a notice appears at the top of the screen. Upgrade again to edit or create.
- In the month you switch, your monthly points and e-contract allowance stay at whichever plan's allowance is larger until the end of the month.
- For manually renewed subscriptions, you pay for the next period on the lower plan in advance, and the switch happens the day after the current period ends. We also fixed an issue where such switches sometimes didn't take effect.

How to use it
- In Settings > Plan & billing, click Change plan.
- Click Switch at next renewal on the lower plan.
- Review the impact on the confirmation screen, choose how to handle anything over the limits, then click Schedule change (or Continue to checkout for manually renewed subscriptions).
