Customers can now pick common questions in LINE and web chat
Customers can now tap common questions as buttons in LINE and web chat. Questions come from your knowledge base FAQs, and the AI replies with the answer you registered.
What's new
- Short, frequently used questions from the FAQs in your knowledge base are shown as buttons customers can tap to send.
- Tapping a button sends the question as written, and the AI replies with the registered FAQ answer almost word for word.
- In web chat, up to 4 questions appear below the greeting before a conversation starts. They're shown only in Japanese and Chinese, and are hidden in other languages or when questions can't be loaded.
- In LINE, if the AI first answer feature is on, a "FAQ" quick reply is added to the welcome message for new friends, and to AI replies to greetings and similar messages.
- Questions used in LINE come from the same knowledge base as the AI first answer.
