LINE AI first answers are now checked before they are sent
LINE AI first answers are now checked before they are sent. If a question needs a staff member, or the reply includes a link not found in your knowledge base, a handoff message is sent instead.
What's new
- When the AI decides a question should be handled by a staff member, the AI-written reply is no longer sent. Instead, your customer is told that a staff member will review the message and reply. This keeps the AI from guessing on questions such as cancellations or fees that need a person to confirm.
- Links in AI replies are now checked. If a link does not point to a real page, the reply is not sent and the conversation is handed off to a staff member.
- When a reply includes a URL, only URLs that appear in your registered knowledge (FAQ answers and document text) are sent.
- Formatting marks such as bold text and headings are removed before sending, so replies read cleanly in LINE chats instead of showing raw symbols.
- The handoff message is available in Japanese and Chinese.
Who it's for
- Businesses that have connected a LINE Official Account and use AI to answer the first question from customers
