You can now cancel a trial or switching consultation request yourself
If you requested a trial or a switching consultation on our website, you can now cancel it yourself from the link in your confirmation email or on the completion page. No need to contact us.
What's new
- The confirmation email for trial and switching consultation requests now includes a Cancel your request link.
- You can also open the cancellation page from the request completion page.
- Giving a reason is optional (requested by mistake, will consider later, or other).
- Once you cancel, our sales team will not call or otherwise contact you. Any upcoming meeting you had booked is also canceled.
- The cancellation link stays valid for 30 days after your request.
- The cancellation page is shown in the language you used when you made the request.
- If you are already in conversation with our sales team, the request can't be canceled from this page. Follow the instructions shown on the page to contact us.

- Anyone who requested a trial or a switching consultation on our website
How to use it
- Open the confirmation email you received, or the request completion page.
- Click Cancel your request.
- Optionally choose a reason, then confirm the cancellation.
