Cancel your trial or consultation request on your own
If you requested a trial or consultation on our website, you can now cancel it yourself from the link in your confirmation email or on the completion page.
What's new
- Your confirmation email now includes a link to cancel your request.
- The completion pages of both the trial form and the consultation form now say you can cancel there if you submitted the request by mistake.
- On the cancellation page, you can review your request details and click "Cancel request." Giving a reason is optional.
- Requests that are already in progress can't be canceled from this page. In that case, please contact our support team.
- The "Contact" page now explains how to cancel a request.

How to use it
- Open the cancellation page from your confirmation email or from the completion page.
- Review your request details.
- Optionally, enter a reason for canceling.
- Click "Cancel request."
