Restaurant improvements and fixes (October 2026)

The order details screen your guests see when ordering by QR code is now easier to read, and cancelled orders no longer appear to be waiting for the restaurant to confirm.

What's new#

• The top of the order details screen is now split into two cards. The first shows whether the order is dine-in or takeout and the party size. Party size is hidden for takeout orders.
• A new second card shows the order number and order status. Order details opened from order history use the same layout.
• We fixed an issue where cancelled or voided orders still showed "Waiting for the restaurant to confirm" and a button to cancel checkout. Cancelled orders now show as cancelled.
• The heading for the first round of items is now "Your order."
• The button at the bottom of the screen is now labeled "Go to payment" for both pay-first and pay-later orders. Pay-later orders previously showed a button to request the bill.
