QR ordering menus now show recommended dishes and list layouts
Your QR ordering menu can now feature recommended dishes at the top, and categories can be shown as a list with one item per row instead of tiles.
What's new
- Recommended dishes now appear at the top of the menu, in the order your store sets. Items hidden from the menu are skipped, and the section doesn't appear if there are no recommendations.
- On smartphones, recommended dishes rotate about every 4 seconds. Rotation stops as soon as a guest touches the screen and stays off for that visit. It doesn't rotate when there is only one item or when the device is set to reduce motion. On wider screens, the dishes appear in a single row that guests can scroll sideways.
- An "おすすめ" (Recommended) tab now leads the category tabs and jumps to the recommended section. It's hidden while guests are searching.
- Categories set to the list layout show one item per row. Within these categories, individual items can use a large photo or a compact single line without a photo. Other categories keep the existing tile layout.
- Items with a large photo now show the photo on the left and the description on the right on wider screens, so photos are no longer cropped into thin strips.
- Narrow screens no longer switch the whole menu to a list automatically; the layout set by your store is used instead. Search results always use tiles. On narrow screens, tile names wrap to two lines and the add-to-cart button no longer overlaps.
- Swiping sideways through recommended dishes or category tabs no longer triggers the browser's back or forward navigation.
- In the admin's "Products" screen, the recommend star and filter now respond when no store is selected. If your company has a single store, the setting applies to that store. If you have multiple stores, you'll be asked to select one. If saving fails, a notice appears in the bottom-right corner and the product list stays visible.

How to use it
