Automate follow-ups by email and LINE with follow-up sequences
New Follow-up Sequences automatically send email and LINE messages to contacts in the order and at the intervals you set, so follow-ups after inquiries and quotes don't slip through the cracks.
What's new
- Write your messages in Message Templates, then build sequences of up to 10 steps, each made up of a channel (email or LINE), a template and a wait time.
- You can also create a ready-made set from scenarios: Prospect follow-up, Follow-up after sending a quote, New customer onboarding and Re-engaging dormant customers.
- Click Add contacts in the sequence details to start sending (up to 20 at a time). You can see each person's progress and sending history, and pause, resume or end their sequence.
- Emails are sent from the Gmail account of the person who added the contact, and from the second email on, they arrive as replies in the same thread. To avoid over-sending, emails are limited to 50 per person per day and 10 per hour.
- When a customer's reply is imported into Bookmi, the sequence ends automatically for that person. If an out-of-office auto-reply arrives, the next message is held until 9:00 a.m. on the day they're back.
- Templates can include the contact's name, company name, department, job title and more.
- A Follow-up Sequences card now appears in contact details.
