Keep a ledger of company accounts and hand them over when people leave
Small businesses can now keep a Company accounts ledger: the business bank account, e-Tax, domains, cloud services and every other company account, with who is responsible, who receives the 2FA codes and the contract — plus handovers when people leave and regular reviews.
What's new
- On Accounts, record the service, login ID, registered email, 2FA recipient, owner and backup owner, users and the contract (cost, renewal date, cancellation notice deadline). Passwords themselves are not stored — only where they are kept.
- Accounts likely to get stuck in a handover — registered in a person's name or personal email, no backup owner, an owner who has left — are flagged Need attention.
- When an employee is marked as leaving, a Handovers checklist is created automatically for the accounts they touch, and HR is notified. Once every task is done, the successor becomes the owner in the ledger.
- Record regular checks on Reviews. You'll be notified about cancellation deadlines, reviews that are due and overdue handovers. Owners can record reviews and password changes from My company accounts, opened from the notification.
- Start with the basic fields (service, type, login ID, registered email, owner, 2FA) and fill in popular services with one click.
- Export the ledger with Export CSV (passwords are never included).
- Company seals moved from Settings > Company to HR & labor > Procedures & deadlines.
