Create statements, agreements and other documents from a deal
Real estate agencies can now use Documents to create 10 types of documents — including important matters statements, lease agreements and sale agreements — prefilled with deal, property and company details.
What's new
- Rental: Important matters statement (residential lease), Lease agreement (residential), Brokerage fee consent (rental), Move-in cost statement (rental).
- Sale: Brokerage agreement (sale / exchange), Important matters statement (sale), Real estate sale agreement, Fixtures list and property condition report, Activity report, Closing statement (sale).
- The Documents card on a deal lists only the documents that fit the deal type.
- Rent, deposit, sale price and other deal and property values are filled in, along with the licence number, guarantee association and licensed agents saved under Broker details. Special terms and rent from a statement made earlier on the same deal carry over to the agreement you make next.
- The move-in cost statement calculates prorated rent from the move-in date. Activity reports can be made for each reporting period and count inquiries, viewings and applications for the same property since the day after the previous report.
- Add special terms with Insert from templates, choosing from rental and sale templates or your own Company templates.
- Download a finalized document as a PDF to print and hand over.
- Templates are general examples based on the items required by the Real Estate Brokerage Act. Facts such as registry details and hazard maps are not filled in automatically, so research and enter them yourself. We recommend a professional review for important transactions.
