View customers and contacts on the new AI Phone Customers page

You can now use the new Customers page in AI Phone to view the companies and contacts registered in Bookmi. Data syncs automatically, and you can search by phone number. Available on small business plans.

What's new#

• Browse lists of companies and contacts and filter them by keyword or category.
• Enter a phone number to find the matching company or contact.
• Company details show an overview, contacts, deals, past and planned activities, and deadlines.
• Contact details show profile information and contact preferences.
• The top of the page shows sync status and the last sync time. Data updates automatically every 10 minutes after the previous sync. If only some data synced, the status shows Partially synced.
• While your plan is being confirmed, the page shows a confirmation message and becomes available once confirmed.

How to use it#

No setup is required. Open Customers from the AI Phone menu.
