AI Phone now notifies the right staff when a call ends

When a call handled by AI Phone ends, you now get a Bookmi notification and a mobile push. Calls from known customers go to their owner; other calls go to all members.

What's new#

• You now receive a notification each time an AI Phone call ends. Each call triggers only one notification.
• The notification is sent after the call's conversation has been retrieved, so you can open it and go straight to the call details.
• Who gets notified depends on the caller's phone number:

- If the number matches a registered customer, the customer's assigned owner (an active member) is notified.
- If there is no match, all active members are notified.

• In the mobile app, the notification arrives as a push notification. These notifications are not sent by email.
